Help signing in?
If your employer created your account with your email address, you will have received an email.
The email subject line is “[Your employer] has set up your workplace pension account!”. If you can’t find it, you can search your email inbox for emails from smartpension.co.uk – it will be the first email we sent you. Follow the instructions in the email.
If your employer didn’t have an email address for you, they should have given you a welcome letter.
This paper letter contains your username and temporary sign in details. Use them to sign in.

Getting help from your employer
Contact your employer and tell them that you need help signing in. They will confirm the workplace account name and email address that’s on your account. If you don’t have an email address on your account, they will print a new welcome letter with temporary sign in details for you.

Alternatively, you can contact customer services and select “I am having difficulty signing into my Smart Pension account”.
