Find your email address or username
If you've forgotten which email address or username you use to sign in, you need to contact your employer or the manager of the pension scheme you're trying to access.
If your account was set up without an email address your employer will print a letter with an Employee ID and a temporary password for you. You can use the Employee ID in the email address field the first time that you sign in. You will then be asked to provide an email address to sign in with in future.
